Nutanix is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to proactively serve enterprise customers in a primarily remote role. You will act as a technical advisor and customer advocate, helping optimize customer experience and accelerate value realization across virtualization, storage, networking, and data-center IT infrastructure.

You will lead operational reviews, lifecycle planning, and risk mitigation while partnering with Support, Services, Education, and Sales teams to ensure successful

Qualifications

8+ years in technical customer-facing roles with enterprise experience.
Deep expertise in at least one domain such as virtualization, hybrid cloud, storage, or networking.
Broad understanding of data-center infrastructure and enterprise workloads.
Strong Nutanix platform expertise including AOS and AHV.

Responsabilités

Develop a deep technical understanding of customer priorities and IT initiatives.
Lead strategic operational reviews to connect Nutanix recommendations to business outcomes.
Lead proactive lifecycle planning including upgrades, capacity planning, and resilience.
Identify risks and establish cross-functional action plans to mitigate them.
Coordinate critical escalations with clear ownership and executive communication.
