The TAM will articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users and identify technical and business issues to ensure customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.

Qualifications

• Security and compliance expertise across vulnerability management and related tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication for RFPs and reports.
• Ability to interact with stakeholders from C-level to technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide product and technical support for assigned accounts
• Identify and develop potential new business opportunities
• Convey customer requirements to Product Management, Marketing and Engineering teams
• Provide functional and technical support to customers
• Respond to customer questions on technical and business issues
• Deliver sales presentations and participate in conferences
