Job summary

Qualys is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to drive post-sales success for Enterprise customers. You will articulate our technology and product positioning to business and technical users, identify issues, and ensure customer satisfaction across all sales stages.

Responsibilities include providing product and technical support, developing new business opportunities, communicating requirements to Product/Marketing/Engineering, delivering compelling presentations, and traveling as needed

Qualifications

Strong knowledge in security and compliance space with enterprise security experience.
Federal regulatory compliance experience (ISO 27001, HIPAA, SOX) is a plus.
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
Ability to interact with all levels from C-level to frontline staff and travel within sales territory.

Responsibilities

Provide product and technical support for assigned accounts
Identify and develop potential new business opportunities
Convey customer requirements to Product Management, Marketing and Engineering teams
Provide functional and technical support to customers
Respond to customer questions on technical and business related issues
Deliver high-level and detailed sales presentations
Attend conferences, seminars, etc
