Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Senior Recruiter to partner with leaders and manage end-to-end recruitment for complex, high-impact roles. You will design sourcing strategies, assess candidates, and drive high-quality hires across functions, while shaping workforce planning with market insights.

You will lead the recruitment lifecycle, build sustainable pipelines for technical and leadership roles, and ensure a positive candidate experience through collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in talent acquisition or HR.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in corporate, agency or blended environments.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment lifecycle end-to-end.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search and networks.
• Experience building talent pipelines for high-volume and leadership roles.
• Proficient with ATS systems; data/reporting practices.
• Knowledge of federal/state/local recruiting compliance.
