The role collaborates with manufacturing and technology groups, supports compliance, and champions employer branding while delivering SLAs and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
• 2+ years in high growth and/or company expansions.
• 5+ years of leadership or people management experience.
• Experience in manufacturing/semiconductor/tech/supply chain recruiting preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Client relationships experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Talent Acquisition Recruiters and coordinators.
• Drive standardization and optimization of recruitment processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and audit requirements.
• Lead adoption of recruiting technologies and automation tools.
• Improve recruiting workflows and candidate experience and efficiency.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and develop dashboards and reporting.
• Develop employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to fill roles promptly.
