Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Senior Recruiter to partner with leadership in delivering end-to-end recruitment for complex, business-critical roles. You will develop sourcing strategies, build pipelines, assess candidates, and drive exceptional hiring experiences across multiple functions.

You will guide market trends and workforce planning, leveraging advanced sourcing tools and an integrated ATS. This role emphasizes high-volume and leadership hiring in a dynamic tech-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination with Talent Acquisition experience.
• 5+ years of progressive, full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience in corporate, agency or blended environment.
• Proven ability to independently manage the complete recruiting lifecycle: intake, role calibration, requisition launch, sourcing, candidate assessment, interview management, offer development, negotiation, closing and onboarding handoff.
• Advanced sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and internet-search techniques, talent mapping, networks, referrals, job boards and direct outreach.
• Ability to build sustainable talent pipelines for high-volume, specialized, difficult-to-fill and leadership-level hires.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting workflows; experience with Workday or comparable enterprise ATS.
• Knowledge of federal/state/local employment requirements and recruiting compliance practices.
