Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business objectives across operations, engineering, and corporate functions in a high-tech manufacturing environment. The role focuses on organizational effectiveness, workforce readiness, and a strong performance-driven culture, while ensuring legal compliance and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years as an HRBP.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or high-tech environments.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage complex situations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior manufacturing, engineering, and operations leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management.
• Use workforce analytics and business insights to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead talent reviews and succession planning for assigned client groups.
• Coach leaders on performance management, development, and career progression.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning teams to support talent pipelines.
• Manage complex employee relations issues including investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Ensure compliant application of policies and labor laws.
• Support change initiatives related to automation and scaling operations.
