The successful candidate will collaborate with department managers, conduct interviews, and onboard new employees, leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills to attract candidates and fill critical

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience recruiting in Manufacturing, Operations and Supply Chain.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.
• Strong Microsoft Office products and ability to work with spreadsheets.
• Experience using Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates by using job boards, networking, social media, etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications and conducts interviews
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Onboard new employees to become fully integrated
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
