Hyve Solutions is seeking a Senior Recruiter to partner with leaders and own the full recruitment lifecycle for complex, critical roles across multiple functions. You will develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines and assess candidates to deliver top-tier hires.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor on market trends and workforce planning, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience while maintaining compliance and data integrity across the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent talent acquisition experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in corporate, agency, or blended environments.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruiting lifecycle: intake, sourcing, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Experience with ATS (Workday or comparable) and recruitment reporting.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local employment requirements and compliance practices.
