Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a US-based manufacturing partner, seeks a Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for complex roles across multiple functions. You will partner with hiring leaders to develop sourcing strategies, build pipelines, assess candidates, and deliver high-quality hires that support growth.

You will advise on market trends and workforce planning, while driving an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience and upholding compliance and data integrity across the ATS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant talent acquisition experience.
• Five or more years of progressive, full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience in corporate, agency or blended recruiting environment.
• Proven ability to independently manage the complete recruiting lifecycle, including intake/role calibration, requisition launch, sourcing, candidate assessment, interview management, offer development, negotiation, closing and onboarding handoff.
• Advanced sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and internet search techniques, talent mapping, professional networks, referrals, job boards and direct outreach to engage candidates.
• Strong experience building sustainable talent pipelines for high-volume, recurring, specialized and leadership hiring needs.
• Experience with ATS and compliance practices, e.g., Workday or comparable enterprise ATS.
