Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Recruiter to source and place candidates for corporate and manufacturing roles in a fast-paced environment. You will manage the full recruiting cycle, collaborate with hiring managers, and build a network of recruiting contacts within the community.

This role emphasizes finding high-quality hourly and technical candidates, using Workday ATS, and ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines while contributing to Hyve’s growth in the data center solutions space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
• Proven ability to source and attract high-quality hourly and exempt candidates.
• Experience working with hiring managers to determine needs and team fit.
• Familiarity with federal, state and local guidelines in recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting cycle from sourcing to interview coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and candidate profiles.
• Post recruitment advertisements across local and online channels.
• Coordinate background checks with Sterling and onboarding with HR.
• Build relationships with recruiting contacts in the community.
• Identify and engage sources for corporate vacancies.
