Job summary

Hy-Vee is seeking an experienced Senior Information Technology Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for senior and specialized technical roles, including engineering leadership, security, data, and AI. You will build relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and leaders, and maintain a strong candidate network through colleges and professional organizations.

The role requires autonomy in a fast-paced IT environment, travel for career fairs, and the ability to optimize recruiting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical/IT recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for senior or specialized technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Owns full-cycle recruiting strategy for complex, senior-level or specialized roles.
• Builds relationships with hiring managers, HR business partners, and senior leadership.
• Develops candidate pools with colleges, universities, and professional organizations.
• Attends career and job fairs at professional and college levels.
• Coordinates interviews and pre-employment screenings; guides interview loops.
• Tracks recruiting metrics and uses data to improve processes.
