Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Senior Recruiter to serve as a strategic talent acquisition partner, managing end-to-end recruitment for complex positions across multiple functions. The role focuses on building pipelines, assessing candidates, and delivering high-quality hires that support organizational growth.

The Senior Recruiter will advise on market trends, workforce planning and best practices while enhancing the candidate and hiring manager experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive, full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience in corporate, agency or blended environment.
• Proven ability to recruit across multiple functions including technical/engineering, manufacturing, operations, IT, sales, finance and HR.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management from intake to onboarding handoff.
• Partner with hiring leaders to develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
• Assess candidates, manage interviews, negotiate offers and drive a positive candidate experience.
