Job summary

Owner is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment for engineering teams in a remote-first environment across the United States. You will craft sourcing strategies, engage top engineers, and partner with managers to meet ambitious hiring goals.

With 6+ years in technical recruiting, you will own the process end-to-end, build a robust pipeline, and relentlessly improve candidate experience while reporting on key metrics. Equity offered along with base compensation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to attract and close top engineers.
• Fluent with advanced research techniques and outreach strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from kickoff to offer.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies to surface top engineers.
• Lead candidate outreach, pitch our mission, and engage top talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team goals and define requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future roles.
• Monitor metrics and drive continuous improvement of candidate experience.
