Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter for a fully remote US role. You will lead high-impact searches in Engineering and Product, partnering with C-level and senior leaders to shape hiring priorities and talent strategy.

You will own the full lifecycle, leverage AI-powered tools to boost productivity, and ensure a strong candidate experience with a data-driven approach. This position offers direct visibility to senior stakeholders within a small, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of recruiting experience in global org or exec search firm.
• Ability to advise senior leaders on hiring decisions and strategy.
• Proven interview, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and AI-enhanced tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across Engineering and Product from definition to offer.
• Partner with C-levels to establish role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the process.
• Conduct in-depth leadership interviews and assess readiness and cultural fit.
• Develop inclusive, data-informed search strategies to promote diversity.
• Present insights and recommendations with clear, executive-ready updates.
• Use AI tools and automation to improve sourcing, outreach, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a coordinated hiring process.
