Job summary

People Culture Talent is seeking a Talent Partner who brings operator-level credibility to technical recruiting for its client base, ranging from pre-seed to pre-IPO. You’ll lead end-to-end searches in engineering and adjacent functions, partnering with founders and senior leaders to define criteria and move searches with urgency.

The role emphasizes autonomy, high-quality hires, and repeatable yet flexible processes across company stages.

Qualifications

• Experience leading senior and staff+ technical searches end-to-end in product-led or SaaS environments.
• Ability to hire across Engineering and adjacent technical functions (Product, Design, Data, Security, QA).
• Autonomy in prioritizing multiple searches and making decisions without hand-holding.
• Ability to articulate what separates strong vs exceptional candidates concisely.
• Proficiency in Boolean search, talent mapping, and high-volume outreach.
• Strong written communication; ability to brief founders clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle technical searches across Engineering and adjacent functions for PCT clients.
• Partner directly with founders and VP-level leaders to qualify roles and move searches with urgency.
• Build and coach clients through structured interview processes for first-time hiring managers.
• Conduct deep talent mapping and competitive analysis to identify top candidates.
• Create innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality pipelines.
• Screen and evaluate senior+ technical talent with sound judgment.
