You will lead full-cycle recruitment across technology teams, partnering with hiring managers to identify talent gaps, source high-quality candidates, and conduct in-depth interviews. Success depends on building strong relationships, delivering top talent, and shaping our talent acquisition strategy in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment across technology functions.
• 8+ years in corporate or agency environments related to recruiting.
• Strong networking, sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: collaborate with senior leaders to identify talent gaps and plan recruiting strategies.
• Candidate Sourcing: use networking, social media, job boards, and associations to engage candidates.
• Candidate Evaluation: screen, interview, and assess candidates for fit and potential.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: advise on job descriptions, interview techniques, and evaluation.
• Offer Negotiation: negotiate compensation using market data and guidelines.
• Employer Branding: promote company culture and employee value proposition.
• Diversity Recruiting: attract diverse candidates and foster inclusive processes.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: track metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Talent Pipeline Management: build and maintain a qualified candidate network.
