Candid Health is seeking a Technical Recruiter to partner with Engineering, Product, and Design to own full lifecycle recruiting for software roles. You’ll build pipelines, run interviews, extend offers, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Based in the United States, the role is hybrid with four days in office and one day remote, reporting to senior leadership. Competitive salary and equity opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in web-scale or startup environments.
• Proven ability to build pipelines and top-of-funnel strategy.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for IC and Leadership roles.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to align talent strategies.
• Streamline recruitment processes and data-driven decision making.
• Build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders including senior leadership.
