Job summary

ParetoHealth is seeking a strategic Talent Partner Consultant – Technical Recruiting to own end-to-end tech hiring across Product/Analytics/Engineering. Partners with leadership to attract elite engineering talent and drive scalable recruitment in a high-growth environment.

You'll design proactive sourcing plans, build strong candidate networks across the U.S., and deliver an exceptional hiring experience. Remote work is available, with a 6-month contract and potential extension to direct-hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 4 years of additional experience may substitute.
• Minimum of 10 years of talent acquisition experience, including 2+ years in senior/lead/strategic partner role.
• Proven success recruiting technical teams in high-growth settings.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and strategic thinking.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR fundamentals and how recruiting ties to People strategy.
• Track record of building and executing recruiting strategies and delivering results in fast-paced settings.
• Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to derive insights and improve processes.
• Proficiency with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, BrightHire, LinkedIn Recruiter and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to Technical leadership on workforce planning and recruiting best practices.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Technical roles with an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Design scalable, role-specific recruitment plans for a fast-growing tech organization.
• Adapt to shifting goals while focusing on long-term talent outcomes.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to build sustainable candidate pipelines.
• Identify and engage top sales and tech talent across the U.S. for critical roles.
• Promote ParetoHealth's employer brand to attract top-tier candidates.
• Use data to evaluate recruiting performance and report hiring metrics.
• Collaborate on cross-functional People initiatives including DE&I and process optimization.
