Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a results-driven sales professional to source, nurture, and close new clients from networks and relevant industries. This hunter role emphasizes building relationships with midsize to enterprise-level organizations and presenting tailored value propositions to senior executives.

You will scope projects, manage engagements, and drive lead generation to achieve annual revenue targets, all within a remote-first, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience selling professional IT or software services.
• Strong experience selling technology consulting and services as a hunter of new logos.
• Proven success in sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize and Enterprise accounts.
• Native English or bilingual proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Source, nurture, and close new BairesDev clients primarily from your network and industry.
• Build long-lasting relationships with midsize to enterprise-level clients across industries, focusing on Consumer sectors.
• Outline and present BairesDev’s value proposition to senior executives.
• Scope projects, shape engagements, and manage lead generation and sales pipelines.
