BairesDev is a global software services company seeking a results-driven sales professional to own new client acquisition in a remote setup. As a Hunter, you will originate, nurture, and close opportunities with midsize to enterprise accounts across BFSI, Healthcare, Tech, and more.
You will collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to shape engagements, plan resources, and drive revenue targets, while delivering compelling presentations to senior executives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience selling professional IT or software services.
- Proven success closing midsize and Enterprise accounts.
- Strong knowledge of software systems and data.
- Excellent executive presentation and communication skills.
- Native English or bilingual proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Source and close new BairesDev clients from networks and markets.
- Build long-lasting relationships with midsize to enterprise clients.
- Present tailored value propositions to senior executives.
- Plan and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams through complex sales cycles.
- Identify risks and develop tactical mitigation plans.
