JLL Technologies is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles, collaborating with AMER Engineering to source, attract, and close top talent.

You will work with leaders to anticipate hiring needs, build a robust talent pipeline, and drive the recruitment strategy across multiple product areas in a fast-paced environment. This role is on-site in the United States with strong emphasis on technical hiring.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience focused on technical roles such as software engineers, AI, or ML.
• Experience with a modern recruitment tech stack (Workday, LinkedIn HireEZ, Paradox, HiredScore).

Responsabilités

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process with strong hiring manager partnership and candidate advocacy.
• Source candidates proactively and build a diverse talent pool.
• Facilitate interview and hiring decisions with panelists, hiring managers, and leadership.
• Drive offers and coordinate with HR and leadership.
