JLL Technologies is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle for technical roles, partnering with AMER Engineering teams to attract and close top talent. You will build diverse candidate pipelines and advise hiring managers on strategic approaches while leading offers in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes strong negotiation, collaboration with HR, and the ability to own recruiting projects end-to-end in a high-growth tech setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruiting for technical roles (software engineers, AI, ML, or similar)
• Proficiency with recruitment tech stack including Workday, LinkedIn HireEZ, Paradox, HiredScore
• Ability to source passive candidates in fast-paced agile environments

Responsabilités

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process with strong hiring manager partnership and effective candidate advocacy
• Serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers, understanding technical roles and advising on hiring strategies
• Proactively source candidates through advanced methods, engaging passive talent and building a diverse talent pool
• Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with interview panelists, hiring managers, and leadership
• Drive offer process while partnering with hiring managers, leadership, and HR teams
• Create a positive candidate experience from outreach to offer to attract niche talent
• Maintain a strong professional network and stay abreast of market trends to position JLLT as an employer of choice
• Understand and action on recruitment metrics to refine processes and implement best practices
• Innovate and drive moonshots to advance our craft and achieve lofty ambitions
