Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Senior Recruiter for JLL Technologies to own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including software, AI, and ML positions. You’ll partner with AMER engineering leaders to source, assess, and close top talent, while shaping the talent strategy and pipeline.

You will collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs, drive candidate experience, and advocate for world-class hires in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical recruiting, with hands-on software/AI/ML sourcing.
• Proficiency with modern recruitment tools and systems.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process with emphasis on technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and roadmaps.
• Proactively source candidates, engaging passive talent for niche roles.
• Coordinate interviews and decisions with interview panels and leaders.
• Drive offers and manage the candidate experience end-to-end.
• Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline and market insights.
• Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve processes.
• Lead recruiting projects autonomously in a fast-paced setting.
