The role emphasizes consultative partnerships with hiring managers, proactive sourcing of niche tech talent, and strong communication to ensure candidate advocacy and a positive experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles.
• Hands-on experience recruiting for Software Engineers, AI, ML, or other tech roles.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting with strong hiring manager partnership and candidate advocacy.
• Serve as consultative partner to hiring managers for technical roles and hiring strategies.
• Proactively source candidates through advanced methods and build a diverse talent pool.
• Facilitate interviews and hiring decisions with panels, managers and leadership.
• Drive offer process in collaboration with managers, leadership and HR.
