Job summary

JLL is seeking a Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team in the United States. This role emphasizes full-cycle recruiting, collaborating with hiring managers, and developing diverse candidate pipelines to support rapid business growth.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience across the US, with a strong focus on financial services, real estate, or consulting industries. Workday and Avature experience are a plus, with on-site opportunities in multiple cities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, recruiting financial services professionals.
• Recruiting experience supporting various regions across the US.
• Passion for diversity and track record of generating creative ideas to bring diverse hires.
• Proven ability to succeed in a high-volume recruiting environment while managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide full cycle recruiting support for the business through sourcing, screening, referrals, and offers for internship, entry-level, and mid-career positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job specs and staffing needs.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies using Workday and sourcing tools.
• Build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline through networks and partnerships.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external schools/diversity partners.
