JLL Technologies is hiring a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, partnering with AMER Engineering teams and leadership to build a robust talent pipeline. The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, candidate advocacy, and strong collaboration with hiring managers and HR.

Ideal candidates will bring 5+ years in tech recruiting, with experience in software, AI/ML, and a proven ability to source passive candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience focusing on technical roles.
• Experience recruiting for Software Engineers, AI, ML or other specialized tech sectors.
• Proficiency with recruitment tech stack including Workday, HireEZ, Paradox, and HiredScore.

Responsabilités

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process with strong partner alignment with hiring managers.
• Advise on hiring strategies for technical roles and lead candidate advocacy.
• Proactively source candidates and build a diverse talent pool in a fast paced environment.
• Coordinate interviews with panelists, managers and leadership to drive timely decisions.
• Drive offers in collaboration with hiring managers, leadership and HR teams.
• Create a positive candidate experience from outreach to offer, securing niche talent.
