Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-cycle technical recruiting within a fast-paced technology environment.
• Strong understanding of software, cloud, AI/ML, cybersecurity, data technologies.
• Proven success sourcing, assessing, and hiring highly specialized technical talent.
• Experience influencing hiring decisions with engineering leaders and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for Software Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, Product, and Technology leadership roles.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business and workforce plans.
• Partner with engineering leaders to understand hiring needs, team structures, and future skill requirements.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and talent mapping.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and market intelligence to identify, engage, and attract top technical talent.
• Assess, interview, and present qualified candidates while providing insights on talent availability and market trends.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and effective stakeholder management.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and hiring funnel performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with HR, Compensation, Finance, and business leaders to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning.
