JLL is seeking a Senior Recruiter for JLL Technologies to own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, sourcing and closing top talent, and partnering with leaders to anticipate hiring needs. You will engage with AMER Engineering teams, build a robust pipeline, and influence the talent strategy across the organization.
You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR to drive offers, candidate experience, and market awareness, contributing to JLL's mission to shape the future of real estate
Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience focused on technical roles (Software Engineers, AI/ML, etc).
- Proven ability to source passive candidates and build diverse talent pools.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and leadership to align on strategy.
Responsabilités
- Own full-cycle recruiting with strong hiring manager partnership and candidate advocacy
- Serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers; advise on hiring strategies for technical roles
- Proactively source candidates and build a diverse talent pool
- Facilitate interviews and hiring decisions with panels and leadership
- Drive offers and collaboration with HR and managers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from outreach to offer
- Maintain market awareness to position JLLT as an employer of choice
- Monitor recruiting metrics and refine processes to improve time-to-hire
