Job summary

UKG is seeking a Senior Technology Partner Executive to manage and grow the Technology Partner Community, guiding software partners through onboarding and helping them build, launch, and maintain integrations with UKG’s HCM, WFM, and HRSD products.

You will improve onboarding clarity and scalability, work with product, technology, sales, marketing, and legal teams, and align partner solutions with business priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines with prioritization of milestones.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Decision-making that benefits UKG and its customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships and engagement across the UKG Partner Community, guiding partners through programs, resources, requirements, and opportunities.
• Lead and improve partner onboarding processes, including orientation, enablement, readiness, integration planning, and launch coordination.
• Collaborate with executive, product, technology, sales, marketing, and legal teams to launch partnerships and align strategies.
• Help shape and execute global product, partner community, and go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain direct relationships with partners, address issues, and advocate for partners internally.
• Define onboarding requirements, assess performance with qualitative and quantitative measures, gather feedback, and identify improvements.
• Coordinate joint sales activities with key partners and develop new business opportunities.
• Stay current on global HCM and WFM trends to inform partner strategy.
