UKG Inc. is seeking a Senior Technology Partner Executive to manage and grow UKG’s Technology Partner Community.

You will guide partners through onboarding and help them build, launch, and maintain integrations with UKG’s HCM, WFM, and HRSD products. You’ll collaborate with product, technology, sales, marketing, and legal teams to align partner solutions with business priorities and create scalable onboarding experiences across a global ecosystem.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and deadlines while prioritizing milestones.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Commitment to making decisions that benefit UKG and its customers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage relationships and engagement across the UKG Partner Community and guide partners through programs and opportunities.
• Lead and improve partner onboarding processes, including orientation, enablement, and integration planning.
• Collaborate with executive, product, sales, marketing, and legal teams to launch partnerships and align strategies.
• Help shape global product and go-to-market strategies for partnerships and communities.
• Maintain productive relationships with partners and address issues while advocating for their needs internally.
• Define onboarding requirements and assess program performance using qualitative and quantitative measures.
• Coordinate joint sales activities with key partners and identify new business opportunities.
• Stay current on global HCM and WFM trends to inform strategy.
