Job summary

UKG is hiring a Senior Technology Partner Executive to manage and grow the Technology Partner Community, guiding partners through onboarding and helping them build, launch, and maintain integrations with UKG’s HCM, WFM, and HRSD products.

You will improve the partner experience by making onboarding clear, consistent, and scalable, while working with product, technology, sales, marketing, and legal teams to align partner solutions with business priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and deadlines while prioritizing critical partner and onboarding milestones.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Commitment to making decisions that benefit UKG and its customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the UKG Technology Partner Community across HCM, WFM, and HRSD products.
• Lead onboarding and enablement, integration planning, and launch coordination with partners.
• Collaborate with product, technology, sales, marketing, and legal teams to align partner solutions with priorities.
• Shape and execute global product, partner community, and go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain partner relationships and advocate for partners internally.
• Define onboarding requirements and measure program performance to identify improvements.
• Coordinate joint sales activities with key partners and develop new business opportunities.
• Stay current on global industry developments to inform strategy.
