Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines while prioritizing milestones.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration.
• Commitment to decisions that benefit UKG and its customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships and engagement across the UKG Partner Community, assisting partners in understanding programs, resources, requirements, and opportunities.
• Lead and improve partner onboarding processes, including orientation, enablement, technical readiness, integration planning, and launch coordination.
• Collaborate with executive, product, technology, sales, marketing, and legal teams to launch partnerships and align strategies.
• Help shape and execute global product, partner community, and go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain direct relationships with existing partners; address issues; advocate for partners internally.
• Define onboarding requirements, assess performance, gather feedback, and identify improvements.
• Coordinate joint sales activities with key partners and develop new business opportunities.
• Stay current on global HCM/WFM trends to inform strategy and community programming.
