Job summary

UKG is seeking a Senior Technology Partner Executive to manage and grow the Technology Partner Community across HCM, WFM, and HRSD products. You’ll guide onboarding, enablement, and integrations with UKG APIs and developer tools, aligning partner solutions with business priorities.

You’ll collaborate with product, technology, sales, marketing, and legal teams to launch partnerships, keep strategies aligned, and drive global partner success in a fast-paced ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with deadlines.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships within the UKG Partner Community.
• Lead and improve partner onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with product, technology, sales, marketing, and legal to launch partnerships.
• Shape global product, partner community, and GTM strategies.
• Maintain direct relationships with existing partners and address issues.
• Define onboarding requirements and measure program performance.
• Coordinate joint sales activities with key partners.
• Stay current on global HCM and WFM trends.
