Job summary

UKG is seeking a Senior Technology Partner Executive to manage and grow the UKG Technology Partner Community, guiding software partners through onboarding and helping them build, launch, and maintain integrations with UKG’s HCM, WFM, and HRSD products.

You’ll improve partner onboarding and collaborate with product, technology, sales, marketing, and legal teams to align partner solutions with business priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and deadlines while prioritizing onboarding milestones.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Commitment to decisions that benefit UKG and its customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships across the UKG Partner Community and guide programs, resources, requirements, and opportunities.
• Lead and improve partner onboarding processes, including orientation, enablement, readiness, integration planning, and launch coordination.
• Collaborate with executive, product, technology, sales, marketing, and legal teams to launch partnerships and align strategies.
• Shape and execute global product, partner community, and go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain direct relationships with partners and address issues while advocating for partners internally.
• Define onboarding requirements, assess program performance, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate joint sales activities with key partners and develop new business opportunities.
• Stay current on global HCM and WFM trends to inform strategy.
