UKG is hiring a Senior Technology Partner Executive to grow the Technology Partner Community and guide onboarding, integrations, and go-to-market alignment across UKG’s HCM, WFM, and HRSD products.

You will collaborate with product, technology, sales, marketing, and legal teams to ensure partner solutions align with UKG priorities and drive customer value in a fast-paced global ecosystem.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and deadlines.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Commitment to making decisions that benefit UKG and its customers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage relationships and engagement across the UKG Partner Community.
• Lead and improve partner onboarding, enablement, and integration planning.
• Collaborate with executive, product, technology, sales, marketing, and legal teams.
• Help shape global product, partner community, and go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain direct relationships with partners and address issues proactively.
• Define onboarding requirements and assess program performance.
• Coordinate joint sales activities with key partners and develop opportunities.
• Stay current on global HR tech trends to inform strategy.
