Job summary

UKG Inc. is seeking a Senior Technology Partner Executive to manage and grow the UKG Technology Partner Community. You will guide onboarding, enable partners on integrations with UKG’s HCM, WFM, and HRSD products, and collaborate with product, technology, sales, and legal teams.

You’ll drive a scalable onboarding process, help partners leverage UKG APIs and marketplace, and align partner solutions with business priorities across a fast-paced global ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain complex topics clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong relationships with cross-functional teams and partners.
• Commitment to making decisions that benefit UKG and its customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships across the UKG Partner Community and clarify programs, resources, and opportunities.
• Lead onboarding processes including orientation, enablement, readiness, integration planning, and launch.
• Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and legal teams to launch partnerships and align strategies.
• Shape global product and go-to-market strategies for partnerships.
• Maintain partnerships, address issues, and advocate internally for partners.
• Define onboarding requirements, measure program performance, and identify improvements.
• Coordinate joint sales activities and develop new business opportunities with partners.
• Stay informed on global HCM/WFM trends to guide strategy.
