Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Construction Technologies, for a travel-heavy role overseeing technology construction projects nationwide. Responsibilities include estimating, contract negotiations, design direction, quality control, scheduling, budgeting, and client satisfaction across complex low-voltage systems.

Travel to project sites is required and leadership of PM teams is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of project management experience.
• Experience with estimating systems and software, preferably Accubid.
• Knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety standards (OSHA/National Electric Code).
• Strong business development, documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to lead, hire, coach, and build high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all project phases from bidding to closeout.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, designers, and field staff to ensure quality and profitability.
• Manage budgets, scheduling, and change orders.
• Provide strategic input and business development in partnership with leadership.
