Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Construction Technologies to lead complex technology installations. This travel position oversees budgets, design and coordination across teams, and ensures client satisfaction from start to finish.

The role requires strong PM fundamentals, deep knowledge of electrical and low-voltage systems, and coordination with vendors, engineers, and field staff across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical, project management, construction management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience.
• Experience with computerized estimating systems and software, preferably Accubid.
• Proficiency with Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, AGI, Navisworks, and/or BIM.
• Strong leadership, communication and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to provide strategic input on objectives and decisions affecting the unit.
• Direct all phases of projects to achieve quality, productivity and budget goals.
• Prepare and manage project documents, schedules, invoices and change orders.
• Coordinate with purchasing to procure materials and manage vendor relationships.
• Mentor and build high-performing project teams and ensure safety and compliance.
