Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager for construction technologies. This travel position is based out of a national project site and handles estimating, contracts, design, scheduling, and client satisfaction across large technology projects.

The ideal candidate will manage a team, drive business development, maintain budgets, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering high‑quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical, project management, construction management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of project management experience with full lifecycle.
• Experience with estimating systems; familiarity with Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, AGI, Navisworks, BIM.
• Strong budgeting, negotiating, scheduling, pricing, contracting, and cost control skills.
• Excellent communicator with ability to lead diverse teams and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic input with leadership to meet objectives and drive business development.
• Direct all project phases from bidding to closeout, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Coordinate with owners, designers, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Ensure safety programs and OSHA compliance on site.
• Provide day‑to‑day direction to foreman and supervise field personnel.
