Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical, project management, construction management, or related field.
- 5-7 years of project management experience with full lifecycle.
- Experience with estimating systems; proficiency in Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, AGI, Navisworks, BIM may be required.
Responsibilities
- Lead one large or multiple technology construction projects from start to finish, including estimating, design direction, scheduling, budgeting, and client satisfaction.
- Oversee safety programs, OSHA requirements, and quality assurance across projects.
- Direct project teams, coordinate with owners, contractors, designers, and staff to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
