Zusammenfassung

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (Senior TAM, L6) to own the operational health of our strategic alliance portfolio—alerting, monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring SLA delivery across merchant integrations.

You will drive cross-functional initiatives that translate merchant business objectives into technical strategies and product optimizations. You will also mentor less-experienced TAMs, design custom integration solutions, and grow into end-to-end account

Qualifikationen

At least six years in a technical, external-facing role with SLA ownership.
Proven ability to run alerting, monitoring, troubleshooting across multiple accounts.
Strong API, architecture, coding and debugging skills.

Aufgaben

Own the operational aspect of technical account management across affirm's strategic alliance portfolio.
Deliver against SLAs and surface risks proactively.
Conduct in-depth investigations and root-cause analysis across logs, queries, and integration data.
Design and deliver custom integration solutions on top of standard integrations.
Lead internal projects and mentor junior TAMs.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap.
