Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (Senior TAM) to own operational health across a strategic alliance portfolio, monitor integrations, and drive SLAs.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success while maturing into end-to-end account ownership. You will design custom integration solutions, mentor teammates, and partner with internal and merchant stakeholders on launches and optimization efforts, at a remote-friendly US-based

Qualifikationen

Six+ years in a technical, external-facing role with SLA delivery.
Experience owning operational health of technical accounts.
Strong API, integration, and debugging capabilities.
Ability to design custom integrations and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Own operations across strategic alliances—alerts, monitoring, and triage.
Deliver against SLAs and surface technical risks early.
Investigate root causes across logs and integration data.
Lead launches, expansions, and product adoption initiatives.
Design and deliver high-scope integration solutions.
Mentor TAMs and contribute to team development.
Collaborate with Product/Engineering to influence roadmap.
