Job summary

Affirm, Inc. seeks a Senior Technical Account Manager (L6) to own operational health of strategic merchant integrations. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and deliver against SLAs while driving cross-functional initiatives.

This is a remote-first role with coverage across the U.S. market. In this position you will design custom integration solutions, lead internal projects, and mentor junior TAMs, eventually owning end-to-end accounts and coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Customer

Qualifications

• Six+ years in a technical, external-facing role such as Technical Account Management, Solutions/Partner Engineering, or Solutions Architecture.
• Demonstrated track record of owning operational health of technical accounts and delivering against SLAs.
• Ability to run alerting, monitoring, troubleshooting across a set of accounts.
• Experience designing and delivering integrations on top of APIs.
• Strong project management, stakeholder collaboration, and cross-team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational aspect of technical account management across affirm's strategic alliance portfolio, alerting, monitoring, troubleshooting, and fielding technical inquiries.
• Deliver against SLAs, surface technical risks early, and respond with urgency to issues.
• Perform investigations and root-cause analysis across logs and integration data.
• Drive technical initiatives, partner with stakeholders on launches, expansions, and adoption.
• Design and deliver high-scope integration solutions aligned with standard integrations.
• Act as technical lead on internal projects and mentor junior TAMs.
