Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (Senior TAM, L6) to own operational health across its strategic alliance portfolio, monitor integrations, troubleshoot issues, and deliver against SLAs.

You will lead technical initiatives, design custom integrations, and mentor junior TAMs in a remote-first environment across the US. The role emphasizes proactive risk management, cross-team collaboration with Product and Engineering, and end-to-end account ownership as you grow within

Qualifications

Six+ years in a technical, external-facing role (e.g., Technical Account Management, Solutions/Partner Engineering, or Solutions Architecture).
Experience owning operational health of technical accounts and meeting SLAs.
Ability to scope and deliver complex technical work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own the operational aspect of technical account management across affirm's strategic alliance portfolio, ensuring healthy integrations and quick issue resolution.
Deliver against SLAs and surface technical risks proactively.
Perform investigations and root-cause analyses across logs and data, owning end-to-end resolution.
Drive cross-functional initiatives and lead technical projects within the team.
Design and deliver high-scope, custom integration solutions based on standard integrations.
Mentor less-experienced TAMs and contribute to interviewing and team development.
