Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (Senior TAM, L6) to own operational health across affirm's strategic alliance portfolio, designing custom integration solutions and leading cross-functional initiatives with Product and Engineering.

You'll start focused on keeping merchant integrations healthy—monitoring, triage, and SLA delivery—before expanding to end-to-end account ownership and mentoring newer TAMs in a remote-first environment across the United States.

Qualificações

• Six+ years in a technical, external-facing role (e.g., Technical Account Management, Solutions/Partner Engineering, or Solutions Architecture).
• Experience owning operational health of technical accounts and delivering against SLAs.
• Strong API, integration, and debugging skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own operational aspects of technical account management across affirm's strategic alliance portfolio.
• Deliver against SLAs and surface technical risks proactively.
• Perform in-depth investigations and root-cause analysis across logs and data.
• Drive cross-team initiatives and launch initiatives that grow account value.
• Design and deliver high-scope integration solutions based on standard integrations.
• Act as a technical lead for internal projects and mentor teammates.
• Create playbooks, runbooks, and certification plans to reduce KTLO work.
