Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (Senior TAM, L6) to own the operational health of our strategic alliance portfolio. You will alert, monitor, troubleshoot, and deliver against SLAs while driving technical initiatives that translate merchant objectives into product optimizations.

This role is operations-heavy at first, focusing on keeping merchant integrations healthy, with gradual progress toward end-to-end account ownership. Remote-first with US-wide responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a technical, external-facing role such as Technical Account Management, Solutions/Partner Engineering, or Solutions Architecture.
• Experience owning the operational health of technical accounts and delivering against SLAs.
• Proven ability to run alerting, monitoring, troubleshooting, and inquiries across a set of accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational aspect of technical account management to keep merchant integrations healthy and issues resolved quickly.
• Deliver against SLAs and surface technical risks early.
• Perform investigations and root-cause analysis across logs and data, escalating as needed.
• Drive cross-team collaboration on launches, expansions, and product adoption to grow account value.
• Design custom integration solutions on top of standard integrations.
• Lead internal projects and deliver well-scoped milestones.
• Create and update playbooks, runbooks, and certification plans to reduce KTLO work.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap.
