Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (Senior TAM, L6) to own the operational health of technical accounts across its strategic alliance portfolio.

You will monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure SLA delivery while guiding cross-functional teams and driving custom integration initiatives. In this operations-heavy role, you will start by keeping merchant integrations healthy, then progressively own a book of accounts end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in a technical, external-facing role (e.g., TAM, Solutions/Partner Eng, or Solutions Architect).
• Proven ability to own operational health of technical accounts and meet SLAs.
• Experience designing custom API integrations and solutions on top of standard APIs.
• Strong coding fluency to read and understand production-level code (HTML, JavaScript, SQL, Python).

Responsibilities

• Own operational aspects of technical account management across the strategic alliance portfolio to keep integrations healthy.
• Deliver against SLAs and surface technical risks proactively.
• Conduct end-to-end investigations with logs and data; escalate as needed.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive merchant value post-launch.
• Design and deliver high-scope custom integration solutions on top of standard integrations.
