Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager to own operational health for the strategic alliance portfolio. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure SLA delivery while guiding custom integration initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.

You will grow into end-to-end ownership of a dedicated book of merchant accounts and mentor junior TAMs. The role emphasizes operational excellence, strong API and integration expertise, and the ability to drive adoption of new products

Qualifications

• Six+ years in a technical, external-facing role such as TAM, Solutions/Partner Engineering, or Solutions Architecture.
• Proven ability to own operational health of technical accounts and deliver against SLAs.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own operational aspects of technical account management across strategic alliances to keep integrations healthy.
• Deliver against SLAs, surface technical risks early, and respond urgently to merchant issues.
• Lead investigations, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration on launches and expansions.
• Design and deliver custom integration solutions on top of standard integrations.
• Mentor TAMs, define playbooks, and drive improvements across the portfolio.
