Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (Senior TAM, L6) to own the operational health of technical accounts across a strategic alliance portfolio.

You will monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure SLA delivery, while guiding cross-functional teams on integration optimizations and custom solutions. In this remote-first role, you will start with monitoring merchant integrations and gradually assume end-to-end ownership of a book of accounts, mentoring peers and leading technical

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a technical, external-facing role such as TAM, Solutions/Partner Eng, or Solutions Architecture.
• Proven ability to own operational health of technical accounts and meet SLAs.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and debugging integrations.
• Ability to read production code and write queries to diagnose issues.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own operational TAM scope across strategic alliances, monitor, triage, and respond to inquiries.
• Deliver against SLAs and surface technical risks early with urgency.
• Conduct in-depth investigations across logs and data, driving end-to-end resolution.
• Lead initiatives to expand and optimize merchant integrations post-launch.
• Design high-scope integrations and mentor junior TAMs.
